What is immutable storage? A backup protocol that protects stored data by preventing any change or alterations for either a set or indefinite period of time. During this interval, stored data cannot be modified or deleted by anyone – including authorized users with administrative privileges. What is Zero Trust? Techopedia defines Zero Trust as an IT operating strategy that “assumes no end-user, computing device, web service, or network connection can be trusted — even when an access request originates from within the organization’s own network perimeter.” Here are three basic Zero Trust practices:
