I have to say, as far as IT companies go... they are top notch. However, what sets Team Logic apart from "other tech companies" is they really go above and beyond. I have to give special props to their Director of Tech Services, Michael Bishop, who continues to be a knowledgeable person to work with, and has always provided our company with the 'white-glove service' and diligence we need. Our company was having issues with the email server we were using; Michael suggested a cost-effective solution and thus migrated us to Microsoft 365. This IT team is on it. They are quick to respond with my questions and concerns. If problems arrive they work hard to solve it. If i have issues with either my EMR or Billing software that needs support working with the network, their on it quickly.
