Quick, professional, & efficient!

I needed a password reset and an authenticator code. My first reaction when I have those kind is issues is the panic. The Team Logic professional was calm, patient and reassuring. He helped through the process of getting my laptop back where it needed to be in very short order, so I am very happy with the service I received.
